Summary:
The article discusses how COVID-19 has affected the influence of psychological capital and coping style on social anxiety. The article analyzes different potential factors that can influence the mental health of the youth, such as gender or college major the person is studying. It also discusses how some people are not as affected by social problems or stress compared to how other people are.

This article explains how some people are more resilient than others when facing similar situations or obstacles, and the condition of their mental health during these moments. A lot of this involves how people cope with their current situation and how they decide to respond. By showing what works for people, I am able to suggest potential solutions to treat mental health among college students.
