Initial Topic Idea

The topic that I want to write about is anxiety and depression among college students. I want to determine the causes of it, effective ways to treat it, or even ways to prevent it. More recently, COVID-19 has greatly impacted colleges; has its effects such as remote learning benefitted or worsened students' mental health? I think that this topic is important to research due to the fact that anxiety and depression affect most college students. The statistics are quite alarming, as shown below, 85% of students feel overwhelmed by everything in college.
